I pride
myself on being prompt in returning phone calls
and e-mails. You can expect a reply within
minutes or up to 24-48 hours depending on whether I'm
in the office, currently with a
mother in labor or caring for a new family.
On each
page of my website, I have an availability section
on the lower left hand side that I update as needed. This
is where
you will see if I am available for last minute home
care services and what my expected turn around time
will be. (As discussed on My Services page - Last
Minute Care can only be utilized if the family has
previously registered and had a complimentary home
visit by me to get my pager #) or you have been
referred to me by a past client, another doula or a
healthcare provider.
