Last Minute Care-

Days, Evenings, Overnights: Doula services in Maine (ME) & NH when you need it - only when you need it. 

I thought it was important to offer Last minute Care Services because I wanted to help families when they needed it most. When things are suddenly difficult or your baby won't feed or you are completely exhausted - the list goes on and on....

*An important thing to note about Last Minute Care is that I am only available when I am not already caring for another family.  I will keep availability updates current on my website in the white message box found in the lower left hand side of each page.

Last Minute Care can only be utilized when the Registration Form has been filled out (this should be done as soon as you think you might want to utilize services - i.e. in early-mid pregnancy) AND you have had a complimentary home visit by me to introduce myself, meet you and answer any questions you might have.  A beeper number will be given to you at that time to be used for Last Minute Care when you need it (if I am not caring for another family). 

Occasionally clients come to me by referral from a past client, another doula or a healthcare worker.  In these cases, if you would like to waive the complimentary home visit to meet me and you need services urgently, you can register by phone and I can come out to you for LMC if I am not currently caring for another family.

Please allow me 1/2 hour- 1 hour preparation time prior to leaving for your home.  I may be out and about with kids or I may need to shower when I get paged.  I will also need to update my "Availability update box" to let others know that I will be unavailable until further notice (because I will be with you!).
